Abstract

This paper formally demonstrates that the delegation of total autonomy toArtificial Intelligence (AI) systems in strategic contexts inevitably results inthe loss of human sovereignty. Unlike dominant approaches based on GameTheory and ethical alignment, it is argued that the collapse of control is astructural consequence of decision frequency (ν). Using probabilistic ruinmodeling and Monte Carlo simulations, it is proven that human sovereigntydecays asymptotically when the system’s decision frequency exceeds biological validation capacity. The paper concludes by presenting the “PhysicalLatency Protocol” as the only effective barrier against control loss, rejectingsolutions based exclusively on software.
