A Finite-Pool and Scale-Selective Framework for Global Regularity in 3D Navier–Stokes Dynamics**
Abstract
This record provides the DC-1 Dashboard, a standalone numerical tool for spectral monitoring within the Yuuki–Navier–Stokes (Yuuki-NS) framework, together with the associated theoretical paper. The dashboard computes spectral energy redistribution, high-frequency congestion (ICI), and relaxation-induced dissipation from user-provided spectra, enabling reproducible diagnostics of small-scale behavior discussed in the theory. All theoretical results are proved independently of numerical parameters. Calibration, monitoring, and visualization are implemented explicitly in the dashboard, with no hidden state or undocumented assumptions. This record is intended as a unified snapshot of theory, diagnostics, and reproducible numerical monitoring. It does not by itself claim a resolution of the classical Navier–Stokes Millennium Problem.
