Abstract

This Python-based pipeline provides automated analysis of fluorescence microscopy images. It processes DAPI-stained nuclei segmented with QuPath and quantifies multi-channel fluorescent signals using adaptive thresholding. The tool is designed for high-throughput analysis of nuclear markers in tissue sections.
