Impact Project Africa – 2025 Annual Report (Food Security & Sexual Health)
Abstract
Executive Summary Impact Project Africa (IPA) is an international public health and social development initiative focused on reducing hunger, poverty, and the burden of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among university students and young people in Africa. The project addresses these challenges through nutrition-focused interventions, health education, and awareness-driven linkage-to-care strategies aimed at improving student wellbeing and educational retention. During the 2025 reporting period, IPA consolidated its organizational and governance framework and expanded its public outreach through structured digital advocacy and educational content related to food security, sexual health prevention, and healthy living. Social media performance indicators show increasing reach to non-follower audiences, demonstrating growing awareness beyond the organization’s immediate network. This report presents IPA’s mission, theory of change, governance structure, and available performance evidence, and proposes a monitoring and evaluation framework to guide future implementation. The findings support IPA’s readiness for partnership development, program scaling, and grant-supported interventions aligned with its long-term objectives through 2030.
