Education as a Matrix of Gainsions: A Structuralist Perspective from The Quyen Doctrine
Abstract
Education as a Matrix of Gainsions applies The Quyen Doctrine: A Structural Framework of Gainsions to the field of education, proposing a structural framework for understanding why educational systems succeed or fail beyond moral, pedagogical, or psychological explanations. Rather than treating learning as an individual process or a purely institutional function, this paper conceptualizes education as an intersectional system of Gainsions—the underlying structural drivers, interests, and pressures of learners, parents, educators, schools, and society. Educational outcomes are shown to emerge from how these Gainsional structures align, conflict, or reinforce one another. The paper introduces a Gainsional Conflict Matrix to explain how structural misalignment generates disengagement, inequality, and institutional friction, and proposes Gainsions Mapping as a practical analytical instrument for diagnosing and optimizing the structural health of learning environments. This work is intended as an applied theoretical extension of The Quyen Doctrine, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions in education, sociology, organizational systems, and structural analysis.
