Abstract

This document records a strict application boundary for Regulation-Aligned Schooling (RAS), limiting its reference exclusively to schooling environments. It does not introduce theory, guidance, or implementation, and does not authorise adoption, reform, or evaluation. Its sole function is to prevent misapplication of RAS beyond its intended domain.
