Abstract

A unified rotating electromagnetic (EM) field architecture designed to consolidate multiple off‑world operational functions into a single modular infrastructure layer. The system demonstrates applications across propulsion, dust clearing, docking stabilization, charged‑particle management, habitat contamination control, and micro‑impact sensing. Each capability is built on a shared superconducting coil stack and power electronics suite, enabling hardware commonality, reduced mechanical complexity, and long‑horizon scalability for lunar, Martian, and orbital environments. This whitepaper outlines the field geometry, subsystem interactions, and manufacturing advantages of deploying a software‑defined EM layer as a core element of off‑world infrastructure.
