Processed scRNA-seq data from "Cetacean single-nucleus RNA-sequencing identifies FHL2 as a cardioprotective gene for enhancing heart xenotransplantation"
Abstract
Processed myocardial snRNA-seq data from Steno bredanensis (rough-toothed dolphin), Chinese Guangxi Bama minipig (Sus scrofa domestica) strain, and human (Homo sapiens). This repo contains integrated Seurat v4 objects of all cell types (CellType.final), cardiomyocytes CM_FindClusters_sub.integrated_re0.5_dims50.rds), fibroblasts (FB_FindClusters_subset.ob_v1223.rds), and endothelial cells (EC_FindClusters_subset.ob). Files are R objects saved in RDS (R Data Serialization) format.
