B-Mode Polarization Signatures of the Primordial Quantum Lenz's Law: Observational Constraints and the Chronetic-Lenzian Unification
Abstract
Project: The Quantum Lenz’s Law (QLL) Series (Part 5 of 5) This concluding report provides the observational verification of the series by linking the Quantum Opposition framework to Cosmic Microwave Background data. We demonstrate that the Lenzian resistance predicts specific polarization signatures and the low-frequency power suppression observed by recent satellite missions, offering a testable signature of semiclassical induction. While recent detections by the LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA collaborations have successfully identified a stochastic gravitational wave background (SGWB) originating from stellar-mass compact binary mergers, the Quantum Lenz’s Law (QLL) framework focuses on the distinct, non-thermal primordial background. Using the Semiclassical Master Equation derived in Part 3, we predict a unique, frequency-dependent "Lenzian Damping" of primordial tensor modes. Unlike standard Inflationary models which typically predict scale-invariant B-modes the QLL framework suggests a targeted power suppression at specific angular scales governed by the Chronetic Rate (Part 2). This suppression provides a theoretical resolution to the current lack of primordial B-mode detection, positioning the "Null Result" not as a failure of detection, but as a measurable confirmation of vacuum resistance during the cosmic bounce. The 'Lenzian Damping' predicted in this report is further corroborated by 2026 findings in wide-binary orbital anomalies, suggesting a universal vacuum-induction constant that governs both primordial cosmology and local galactic scales. CONCLUSION OF THE PROOF This report marks the final step in the QLL series. We have moved from a philosophical postulate to a mathematical proof, and finally to a testable astronomical prediction. The results suggest that the "Null Result" in current B-mode searches (r < 0.032) is consistent with the Lenzian opposition of the vacuum during the cosmic bounce. Project Enrichment: Observational Targets for 2026 This final report aligns the QLL framework with current "Null Results" from BICEP/Keck. The persistent lack of high-energy gravitational waves is evidence of the damping force predicted in Part 04. Future data from the Simons Observatory confirming a low tensor-to-scalar ratio (between 0.001 and 0.01) will serve as the primary validation for this unified framework. Post-Publication Note: The damping of B-modes predicted in this report is the dynamic cosmic equivalent of the static 'acceleration boost' recently observed in stellar wide binaries. Together, they confirm a non-passive vacuum that interacts with gravitational fields via Lenzian resistance.
