Abstract

This document presents formal predictions for the angular diameters of supermassiveblack hole shadows (M31*, M104, Cen A*, M81*) based on the PEI formalism. Using afixed fundamental parameter ν = −0.0371, we predict a systematic deviation of +3.7% fromGeneral Relativity (∼ 5.39Rs vs 5.20Rs). This repository contains the formal prediction for the angular diameters of supermassive black hole shadows (M31*, M104, Cen A*, M81*) based on the PEI framework, using a fixed fundamental parameter ν = -0.0371. It predicts a systematic deviation of approximately +3.7% compared to General Relativity (∼ 5.39Rs vs 5.20Rs). Included in this deposit are: - The full simulation code implemented in Python and Jupyter notebooks (Google Colab compatible).- Instructions to reproduce the prediction, including environment setup and data requirements.- Tables of predicted values for upcoming VLBI observations.- A blockchain timestamp hash proving the immutability and priority of this prediction. This work is intended as a formal, immutable prediction to be tested by ngEHT and other VLBI experiments during 2025-2026.
