Abstract

This record updates Relational Spacetime Reconstruction (RSR) v2.4 with an operational scope clarification. The addendum records that the core axiom originated as a theoretical physics hypothesis and remains subject to future proof or falsification. No new physical claims are introduced. The addendum documents the independent operational reuse of the axiom within constrained reasoning systems without asserting equivalence to physical reality.
