Abstract

This paper introduces the Naveen-Quantum Radio Formula, a universal equation defining the relationship between cognitive understanding, prior knowledge, and informational entropy. It explains the "vibration" of visual reality as a state of low-understanding (U) resulting from high entropy (H) in the sensory signal.
