Abstract

This treatise rigorously examines the burgeoning economic strictures imposed upon hyper-scale video content platforms by the inherently linear scalability of centralized cloud storage paradigms. The exponential escalation in data egress tariffs and persistent storage overheads necessitates a profound architectural metamorphosis towards a truly decentralized infrastructure. We formally introduce the "Mobility-Driven Distributed Storage System (MDSS)," a revolutionary protocol that seamlessly integrates global, latency-critical connectivity afforded by Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite mesh networks with the distributed computational and storage capacities of high-performance Neural Processing Units (NPUs) resident within modern Electric Vehicles (EVs) serving as dynamic edge nodes. Furthermore, this exposition elucidates a robust, blockchain-agnostic token economy framework, intrinsically powered by a High-Velocity Cryptocurrency, meticulously engineered to incentivize autonomous node participation and ensure cryptographic proof of data integrity, thereby presenting a sustainable, economically viable, and technologically superior alternative to the ossified Client-Server monolith.
