Abstract
In periods of market crisis, business organizations encounter elevated levels of uncertainty, which can have a substantial impact on their survival and growth prospects. The development of management approaches that support strategic adaptation and appropriate communication has therefore become increasingly important. The present review article aims to synthesize and explain the roles of organizational dynamic capabilities and transparency in customer communication as key mechanisms supporting organizational survival and growth under market crisis conditions. The article under discussion addresses five primary issues: The following points are to be considered: (1) the concept and meaning of organizational dynamic capabilities in crisis contexts, (2) the role of dynamic capabilities in organizational survival and growth, (3) transparency in customer communication and stakeholder trust, (4) the relationship between communication transparency and customer loyalty during crises, and (5) the integration of dynamic capabilities and communication transparency as a strategic conceptual framework for managing organizations under crisis conditions. The knowledge synthesized in this article contributes to a clearer conceptual understanding of organizational management in uncertain environments and provides a useful reference framework for strategy formulation and organizational policy development aimed at enhancing adaptability and long-term sustainability.
