Abstract

First version of the AMAPEC software, which includes the antimicrobial activity predictor but also the training dataset and pipelines. This version was used for all the analyses performed in the study "Plant-associated fungi co-opt ancient antimicrobials for host manipulation" (Mesny et al., 2026)
