Abstract

This paper presents the Universal Sheet Tension (UST) Consumption Model, a purely mechanical framework that unifies cosmology and subatomic physics. By replacing the abstract curvature of spacetime with a physical 1D Stochastic String Network (SSN) and 2D manifold residues, we provide deterministic derivations for fundamental constants including the Gravitational Constant (G), the Fine Structure Constant (α), and the speed of light (c). The model resolves the 10^120 vacuum energy discrepancy by identifying this energy as the internal pressure (P_int) of 3D inclusions (matter), rather than an attribute of the vacuum itself.
