Abstract

This dataset includes the amplification data from almond plants artificially infected or not with X. fastidiosa and submitted or not to a thermal treatment (43ºC for 180 min). The greenhouse experiment was carried out during 2025. This research was supported by ‘BEXYL’ (Beyond Xylella, Integrated Management Strategies for Mitigating Xylella fastidiosa impact in Europe; grant number 101060593).
