Abstract

SBCM Note #8: The Thermodynamics of Floating Fiction and Governance Engineering (v5.0) — From "Money Game" to "Civil Computation": The G-Cart Architecture — Abstract: This paper presents the final theorem of the Standard Block Comparison Method (SBCM), establishing "Governance Engineering" as a new discipline to bridge the thermodynamic gap between the Crypto Economy (Vacuum) and the Real Economy (Matter). We classify economic trust into two states: "Entity-Pegged" (Fiat/Gold) and "Method-Pegged" (Crypto). We prove mathematically that "Speculation" is not a psychological phenomenon but the Joule Heating (Conversion Loss) generated when massless floating energy attempts to force its way through a narrow exit to the real world without impedance matching. To resolve this, we propose the G-Cart Architecture, which redefines: Tokens as "Process Batches" (Industrial Signals) rather than money. Municipalities as "Physical Computers" possessing Civil Computability ($C_{pot}$). Gravity (Physical Distance) as the ultimate security firewall against digital exploitation. By implementing a "Work Standard" where 1 Token equals 1 Joule of physical work, and synchronizing payments with physical progress via the G-Gantt Protocol, we demonstrate a system that converts the "Greed" of the virtual world into the "Civil Infrastructure" of the physical world. This marks the end of the Money Game and the beginning of Governance Engineering. Key Concepts: Floating System, Joule Heating, Civil Computability, Virtual General Contractor, G-Cart.
