Abstract

This paper provides a purely mechanical solution to the Hierarchy Problem—the extreme disparity between the strength of gravity and electromagnetism. Within the Universal Sheet Tension (UST) Model, we demonstrate that this gap is a geometric scaling artifact. Gravity is redefined as a global manifold displacement, while electromagnetism is a localized skin torsion effect. We derive the $10^{36}$ force ratio as the square of the scale between the 3D inclusion radius (r) and the fundamental 1D medium filament thickness (δ), eliminating the need for supersymmetry or extra dimensions.
