Abstract

This manifesto introduces Nature as Host, a consequence-first framework that reframes life, health, and civilization as host–guest dynamics governed by universal constraints rather than domination or optimization. It argues that the universe is not an inert environment but an active Host providing the geometric, temporal, and energetic scaffolding required for coherent biological and social organization. Drawing on recent theoretical and computational results, the manifesto interprets gravity as a reference map, time as a synchronization rate, and biology as the practice of remaining aligned with the Host’s constraints. Within this view, health corresponds to loyalty (alignment), stress to drift, and collapse to loss of reference—independent of intent, morality, or effort. The document is not a technical proof but an orienting synthesis that complements formal laws and metrics developed elsewhere (e.g., Host–Event decoupling and loyalty instrumentation). Its purpose is to translate systems-level physics and biology into a coherent narrative that is accessible across disciplines, cultures, and practices, serving as an invitation to rethink sustainability, medicine, and civilization as acts of good guesthood.
