Abstract

Readers should not treat this document as the active boundary layer of the TII project; for the current boundary position, please consult Admissibility and Boundary in the TII Framework: A Boundary Record. 10.5281/zenodo.19479276. This document is an earlier boundary text within the public history of the TII project. It addressed attribution, responsibility, and post-publication misuse risk at an earlier stage of the framework’s public articulation. It remains publicly available and is permanently preserved as part of the project’s historical record. It should not be read as the project’s active boundary layer, nor as a standing quasi-official safeguard or custodial authority text for the current public structure. Later boundary-layer reconfiguration did not delete this document. Its status changed, but its visibility did not. It is now retained within the record / audit layer as a historical boundary artifact, while the active boundary layer is carried by Admissibility and Boundary in the TII Framework: A Boundary Record.
