Recursive Instability Collapse (RIC): Empirical Evidence for Saturation Limits in Dark Matter Halos
Abstract
Analysis of 16 years of Fermi-LAT gamma-ray data from 20 dwarf spheroidal galaxies reveals a statistically significant excess at ~20 GeV (5.75σ, p = 1.13 × 10⁻⁸) with no correlation to halo mass (R ≈ 0.1). These findings support the Recursive Instability Collapse (RIC) framework, which interprets "dark matter" halos as regions of vacuum saturation rather than particulate matter. The observed signal is consistent with the theoretical prediction E = M_RIC / e^π ≈ 20.7 GeV.
