Abstract

This paper presents a formal mathematical model linking time and electromagnetic propagation through a shared geometric vacuum structure. Using a triadic π\piπ–φ\varphiφ–eee framework, the work introduces a Möbius-type deformation operator that maps vacuum eigenmodes into observable temporal and radiative dynamics. A hierarchy of emergence is derived, identifying a precise boundary where oscillatory vacuum states transition into physical constants. The model integrates with previously developed Resolution Gap geometry and recursive vacuum dynamics, providing a unified description of curvature, deformation, and observable time evolution. Explicit operators, thresholds, and numerical invariants are defined, allowing direct computational validation and falsifiability. This work is part of an ongoing investigation into the geometric and logarithmic structure of physical law.
