ECOIN Declaration — What does this civilization promise not to do?
Abstract
DescriptionThis document defines the ethical self-constraints of ECOIN,a proposed cognitive operating system for post-national civilization. Rather than prescribing moral behavior, it specifies what the systemexplicitly refuses to do in order to prevent surveillance, coercion, ranking, and psychological harm. This declaration functions as a non-negotiable ethical firewallembedded at the architectural level of the system. It is intended as a reference document for researchers, system designers, and policymakers exploring non-coercive AI governance frameworks. This document is intentionally published in Japanese as the original authoritative version.Any future translations, if provided, are to be considered interpretive references. © 2025 Hinano Kimura Licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)
