Abstract

Program Guide (Paper 0) Arc 0 — Orientation / Program Overview Title PROGRAM GUIDE: Finite Accessibility as the Primitive of Physical Theory Program Overview, Conceptual Commitments, and Reading Guide Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18226049 This paper serves as a non-technical orientation and structural guide to the Finite Accessibility research program. Rather than presenting new technical results, it articulates the program’s foundational commitments, conceptual architecture, and internal logic, providing a coherent entry point for readers, referees, and collaborators. The guide introduces finite accessibility as the primitive operational constraint underlying all physical description—finite signal speed, bandwidth, resolution, and duration—and explains how familiar physical structures arise as effective responses to these limits. Geometry, thermality, mass–energy, quantum structure, and even physical constants are treated not as ontological givens, but as stable limits of constrained inference shared across observers. The paper organizes the full body of work into five conceptual arcs (Accessibility, Observation, Matter, Structure, Gravity & Quantum Theory) plus a sixth experimental arc, and provides curated alternate reading pathways tailored to different audiences, including conceptual readers, experimentalists, gravity specialists, and quantum foundations researchers. This manuscript contains no derivations, postulates no new dynamics, and makes no claims of completeness. Its purpose is to clarify scope, prevent misinterpretation, and allow each technical paper in the program to be evaluated on its own merits within a clearly defined conceptual framework. Keywords finite accessibility; operational physics; foundations of physics; inference limits; emergent geometry; quantum foundations; program overview Notes Paper 0 — Program orientation (non-technical) Defines finite accessibility as the guiding primitive Clarifies scope, non-claims, and conceptual commitments Provides master table and alternate reading pathways Intended for onboarding, referees, and cross-disciplinary readers
