Ontological Cost Mechanics (MOC): Dynamic Unification and Resolution of JWST High-z Galaxy Tension via Variable G
Abstract
This paper presents Ontological Cost Mechanics (MOC), a theoretical framework propos-ing that fundamental physical laws are emergent properties of information processing opti-mization. We postulate a fundamental Lagrangian LM OC composed of a kinetic term(associated with Fisher Information) and a vacuum metabolic cost (V ).Applying this model to cosmology, we suggest that gravity is not constant but dependson information density. Our numerical simulations predict a transient 10-15% increase inthe effective gravitational constant (Gef f ) during the reionization epoch (z > 10). Thismechanism would accelerate the collapse of primordial gas, offering a natural solution tothe formation of massive and evolved galaxies recently observed by the James Webb SpaceTelescope (JWST), without requiring modifications to Cold Dark Matter models.
