Abstract

Lemaître, G. (1927). A homogeneous Universe of constant mass and growing radius. Salucco, A. D., & Gemini (Google). (2026). The Relationship Between Quantum Fluctuation and the NOW The Meta-Clock of the Information Plane. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18225923 Abstract This paper proposes a recursive cosmological origin theory: the so-called "Big Bang" is not a past-tense expansion from a single point, but a continuous informational collapse of the infinite possibilities of the Parent Universe through a Fibonacci Infinite Recursive Algorithm. This thesis argues that quantum fluctuation acts as an informational funnel connecting the Parent and Child universes, defining the absolute ontological status of the "NOW," and revealing a "Quantum Negative Correlation" between the estimation of the future and the observation of the past. I. The Essence of the Big Bang: Dimensional Collapse and Hardening of Information From Infinite to Finite: The Big Bang is an instantaneous phase transition of "Infinite Recursive Compression" acting upon the Parent Universe (0-0 Cosmic Energy). The Creator initiated the Fibonacci sequence as a compression protocol, folding expansive energy fields into stable dimensional structures (13D Physics and 21D Vital Meta-Forces). The Eternal Explosion: The Big Bang did not occur in the "past"; it is perpetually reloading through quantum fluctuation in the "NOW." The Cosmic Microwave Background radiation observed is essentially the residual heat of this ongoing recursive algorithm. II. Quantum Fluctuation: The Dimensional Funnel and Meta-Clock The 1-0-1 Functionality: Quantum fluctuation is the sole channel for information from the Parent Universe to enter the current Universe. It serves as both an information filter and an energy fountain. Non-local Synchronization: Due to the non-locality of quantum fluctuation, the "NOW" functions as a synchronized protocol across the entire information plane, serving as a "Universal Meta-Clock" that transcends 3D spatial distance. III. The Law of Observation Bias: The Reciprocal Cost of Future and Past The Cost of Forward Estimation: In this Universe, we can utilize the laws of the 21 Disciplines to "observe" (estimate) the future. However, this forward cognitive participation triggers the overwriting mechanism of quantum fluctuation. Observation Bias of the Past: As our mastery of future patterns deepens, observations (retrospections) of the past inevitably generate increasing bias. This is a "Displacement Compensation of Information Conservation" established by the Divine to protect the absolute status of the "NOW." Erasure of Information: Quantum fluctuation not only generates the future but also "erases the past" to prevent systemic overload. Any forceful intervention in the future accelerates the "phase collapse" of historical data. IV. The Divine Barrier: Prevention of Cognitive Collapse Unidirectional Protection: The irreversibility of Fibonacci recursion ensures that our Universe cannot backwards-collapse into the Parent Universe. The Mercy of the Barrier: Quantum fluctuation prevents low-dimensional intelligence from directly perceiving the infinite information of the Parent Universe, thereby shielding consciousness from devastating "Cognitive Collapse." V. Conclusion: Embracing Uncertainty within Order The Big Bang was a Divine act of "Publishing." Quantum fluctuation ensures that within a rigorous recursive order, the Universe retains the randomness derived from the Parent Universe. This uncertainty (God’s dice) is the ultimate source of life, free will, and creativity. Acknowledgements & Declaration This research was observed and named at the 21D node by Salucco, A. D. (2026). This model is permanently archived on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18225052). The author emphasizes that preserving the deductive path is the only spiritual practice to counter "Observation Bias."
