Effective Stability Configurations and Testable Observational Residuals near Predicted Islands of Stability
Abstract
This work presents a conservative, phenomenological framework for organizing and comparing effective stability configurations near predicted islands of stability in the superheavy element region. Rather than asserting the physical existence of new particles, compounds, or radiation mechanisms, the study introduces a model-internal parametrization in which atomic number ZZZ is treated as an information index. Relative stability extrema are identified within this framework, with iron (Z=26Z = 26Z=26) adopted as a reference configuration (CBASE) representing maximal material dominance. The primary contribution of this work is the formulation of testable observational checklists. Potential signatures are expressed exclusively as residuals, distortions, or correlations within existing astrophysical datasets (e.g., foreground-subtracted spectra, line broadening, or quasi-periodic components), and explicit falsification conditions are provided. A dimensionless normalization parameter HHH is introduced as an internal phase variable of the model. This parameter is not identified with the measured cosmological Hubble constant, and no causal cosmological claims are made. Any numerical correspondences are treated strictly as non-causal similarities. All configurations, parameters, and stability scores discussed in this work are model-dependent and non-ontological. The manuscript is intended as a structural and organizational guide for comparative analysis and cross-checks, rather than as a claim of discovery.
