Abstract

Abstract This paper proposes the Unified Informational Template (UIT-81), a novel theoretical framework that models the physical universe as a discrete, self-executing ternary manifold. We introduce the definition: 81 ( + )2 + ( . ) = 0 where fundamental reality is parsed into discrete updates of Spatial displacement ( Informational complexity or "Mass" (), Energetic magnitude (), and Temporal frequency (). This governing definition reconciles the geometric constraints of General Relativity with the probabilistic nature of Quantum Mechanics. By mapping the Standard Model of particle physics onto a 9x9 functional registry, we identify the specific operational roles of an 81-state universal Ternary voxel, categorizing 64 states as active data and 17 states as a "Universal Operating System" responsible for parity checks and the enforcement of the universal bit-rate (c). We derive relativistic time dilation not as a geometric curvature, but as a "computational lag" emergent from the finite processing capacity of the grid nodes. Furthermore, this framework provides a computational resolution to the black hole singularity by introducing the principle of "Computational Saturation" at State 81, characterizing the Event Horizon as a Unitary I/O Boundary (T†81 T 81 . This state represents the solution to governing definition of 81 = 0 where all energetic and temporal values resolve to a zero-sum. Finally, we present a falsifiable experimental protocol for detecting "Ternary Harmonics"—secondary gravitational wave echoes predicted to appear at 1/3 and 1/9 of primary frequencies. This informational approach, moving from matter-centric to logic-centric physics, offers a functional schematic for a calculating universe, providing a comprehensive solution to the problem of time and the informational paradox
