Abstract

This paper defines the Constrictor Method, a constraint-based physical reasoning procedure used across the author’s work to determine what is logically necessary under enforced physical law. The method admits only physically enforcing mechanisms—force, energy exchange, momentum exchange, dissipation, and back-reaction—and eliminates all non-enforcing theoretical structure by systematic removal while holding physical interactions fixed. It does not propose new laws, models, predictions, or ontological claims. Its sole function is to make the author’s reasoning rules explicit, provide a stable entry point for related papers, and distinguish physical necessity from interpretation, mathematical freedom, or speculative structure.
