Ver 0.1 The Information-Computational Chemistry (ICC) Theory - A Unified Theory of Matter Through Information Processing
Abstract
Information-Computational Chemistry (ICC) v0.1 – Early Research Release This release represents the first public version (v0.1) of Information-Computational Chemistry, a new framework that models molecular geometry as the result of deterministic information routing and constraint satisfaction rather than probabilistic wave mechanics. What this version demonstrates A working Regime 1 molecular geometry solver Accurate prediction of 103 out of 106 molecular geometries using a small set of global rules No use of wavefunctions, orbitals, fitted potentials, or molecule-specific tuning Geometry is predicted before chemistry is introduced What this version is An early, exploratory release intended for transparency and testing A concrete demonstration that the underlying Information-Computational Universe (ICU) framework can produce real, testable chemical results A platform for independent verification, inspection, and critique What this version is not A complete theory of chemistry A replacement for quantum mechanics A finished multi-regime ICC model Only Regime 1 (basic molecular geometry) is included here. Higher regimes, additional corrections, and expanded validation are still under active development. All source code and notebooks are released openly so that researchers can reproduce results, audit the implementation, and explore how the model works in practice. This early release is intentional, allowing the scientific community to engage with the framework while it is still being built.
