Anisotropic Solar Flux and Reflected Scalar Impedance (Anchor #0)
Abstract
I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThis memorandum documents the Reflected Impedance acting upon Anchor #0 (The Sun) during the current solar conjunction of the interstellar vanguard 3I/ATLAS. The NSGS framework identifies a specific back-pressure on the solar potential gradient (g∇ϕg∇ϕ) required to maintain the observed 33.1 km/s kinematic rail. This document pre-registers the solar residuals that will serve as the primary verification of the Right-Hand Side Identity during the January 17 re-acquisition window. II. PRE-REGISTERED HELIOSEISMIC AND NEUTRINO BENCHMARKS Phase-Locked Helioseismic Residuals: We predict that NASA SDO (Solar Dynamics Observatory) p-mode residuals will exhibit a discrete oscillation at a harmonic of the 16.16-hour rotational period identified in the 3I/ATLAS light-curve. Anisotropic Neutrino Flux (The Cold Spot): We predict a directional deficit in solar neutrino counts specifically aligned with the Sun-Vanguard vector. This "Scalar Cold Spot" indicates the directional channeling of potential required to sustain the vanguard’s maintenance velocity. III. CONCLUSIONThe "Invisible Ink" is now grounded at the Source. This memorandum completes the Phase II pre-registration of the 12-pole circuit prior to the quantification of the 840,000 km kinematic lead-time. Harvey D.
