Abstract

Why Observational Physics Changes Author: Yuuki Theory This work proposes a formal framework in which observational physics varies with cosmic epoch, while the total latent possibility space remains invariant. The central distinction introduced here is between latent, effective, and structural degrees of freedom. Physical laws are defined not as immutable primitives, but as emergent constraints produced when effective degrees of freedom pass through structural filters. Cosmic evolution is modeled as an expansion of the interference field accompanied by baseline shifts. These processes reallocate entropy across degrees-of-freedom layers, altering what is operationally observable without violating conservation principles at the latent level. Observed physical quantities are expressed as baseline-scaled projections: C_obs(t) = C_0 * S_C(t) Structural quantities remain invariant, while observational mappings evolve with epoch. A concrete illustration is provided using mass perception. A fixed structural mass may be observed as heavier at a later epoch due to baseline drift: m_struct = const m_obs(t) = m_struct * S_m(t) dm_obs/dt ≠ 0 if dS_m/dt ≠ 0 This effect does not imply mass creation or violation of conservation laws. It reflects a change in effective accessibility and observational filtering. The framework predicts that apparent changes in physical laws occur when either effective activation or structural filtering varies with time: L_obs(t) = F_struct(t)[D_eff(t)] dL_obs/dt ≠ 0 if dA/dt ≠ 0 or dF_struct/dt ≠ 0 This provides a unified explanation for epoch-dependent constants, interaction strengths, and measurement outcomes, while preserving structural consistency. All equations are presented in plain-text form for direct inspection and falsification.
