Geometric Aspects of Robust Control by HSB Structures and Gamma-Bounded Uncertainties
Abstract
This short paper presents a geometric control perspective on robust systems described by HSB structures and gamma-bounded uncertainties. Rather than focusing on optimization-based synthesis, the work emphasizes invariant regions, structural stability, and geometric interpretation of robustness conditions. The results highlight how gamma bounds can be understood as geometric objects constraining system trajectories and output sets, providing insight into stability margins without reliance on heavy numerical solvers. This contribution is intended as a concise conceptual note, clarifying the geometric structure underlying several robust control formulations.
