Minimal ASRF v1.0 — A Practical Framework for Stabilizing Adaptive Systems
Abstract
Minimal ASRF v1.0 — A Practical Stability Framework ASRF is a compact framework for observing, diagnosing, correcting, and stabilizing adaptive systems. Rather than focusing on prediction or optimization, ASRF emphasizes:– Clear observation– Reliable feedback– Structured diagnosis– Safe correction– Continuous learning It provides simple tools — worksheets, diagnostics, and metrics — that help reveal why systems drift, oscillate, or become vulnerable when feedback degrades. This release is intentionally minimal, operational, and non-metaphorical. It is designed to be small enough to learn quickly, concrete enough to use immediately, and disciplined enough to scale responsibly. Included artifacts:– One-page specification– Printable worksheets– Versioned release bundle with checksum and citation metadata This release supersedes earlier exploratory ASRF-III architecture records.
