Abstract

Computational Vaccinology and AI-Guided Therapeutics is a comprehensive research compendium presenting advanced in-silico frameworks for mRNA vaccine design, immunoinformatics, and AI-driven biomedical innovation. This volume consolidates multiple computational studies exploring how artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, and systems modeling can accelerate the design, optimization, and evaluation of next-generation mRNA vaccines and therapeutics—without performing or claiming wet-lab or clinical experimentation. Covered topics include: AI-guided mRNA sequence design and codon optimization HLA-restricted epitope prediction and population coverage analysis Personalized mRNA vaccine concepts for infectious disease and cancer Immune tolerance modeling for autoimmune conditions Multi-epitope vaccine architectures (Ebola, HIV, emerging pathogens) Injectable antimicrobial hydrogel systems (computational design) Peripheral drug sequestration strategies (theoretical framework) Regulatory, safety, and translational considerations for mRNA platforms All studies presented are purely computational proof-of-concepts, based on publicly available genomic databases, established immunoinformatics tools, and AI modeling pipelines. Synthetic datasets are used where applicable. No patient data, animal studies, or laboratory experiments were conducted. This compendium is intended for: Researchers in computational biology and vaccinology Graduate students and educators Bioinformatics and AI practitioners in biomedical research Policy, funding, and regulatory reviewers seeking technical frameworks Important disclaimer:This publication does not provide medical advice and does not describe clinically validated therapies. All content is for research and educational purposes only and requires extensive experimental and clinical validation before any real-world application.
