Abstract
This file contains all raw and binarized images and movies used to analyze the pore filling ratios, count of crystals, size of crystals, and flow fields in pore networks. The processed data used for producing figures also included in the Data Excel. The MATLAB script used for subimage segmentation was also included. The COMSOL models used for calculating flow field.
