The Anisotropy of Gravity: Geometric Scaling and the Limits of Spherical Symmetry in the UST Framework
Abstract
Standard gravitational theory assumes that the flux of gravity is perfectly isotropic, obeying an inverse-square law ($1/r^2$) at all scales. This paper provides a mechanical derivation demonstrating that gravity is inherently anisotropic due to the 2D architecture of the vacuum manifold. Using the Universal Sheet Tension (UST) Model, we define the transition from local 3D spherical symmetry to global 2D planar dominance. We derive the scale-dependent flux laws and demonstrate that the anisotropy of gravity provides a deterministic explanation for gravitational lensing anomalies and the stability of large-scale cosmic structures without requiring Dark Matter.
