Abstract

Paper 117 evaluates whether a gate–packet feedback law can produce feedback-attributable coherent rotation in a closed, undriven Holosphere-domain simulation. We specify an explicit gate update rule driven by packet-facing readouts, define a KPI stack and an operational “vortex” decision object based on Swirl and Throughput, and run paired feedback-ON / feedback-OFF protocols under an identical numerical and boundary contract. The model produces organized transport patterns and sustained Swirl/Throughput activity, but the primary attribution falsifier fails: the decision object can trigger in both ON and OFF arms, with global angular momentum remaining near zero in both, consistent with cancellation in a closed posture. We document confounds that can pre-seed or inflate Swirl (including embedded angular drivers, component-wise velocity post-processing, and mixed boundary operators) and interpret the non-separation as a boundary of the current measurement stack rather than a terminal conclusion. Paper 118 is chartered as a diagnostics upgrade and adversarial re-test using localized, sign-coherent rotation metrics and OFF-calibrated thresholds under a cleaned numerical contract. This work is restricted to governed packet transport and does not extend into fluid mechanics, Maxwell/QED, or cosmology.
