Data and Supplementary Materials for "New demand goals for energy and climate resilience"

Dataset of global final energy consumption (GJ/capita/yr) across population and income groups, supporting Figure 1 (distribution of energy consumption per capita), including the underlying data used to generate the plots. Update (27/01/2026): Added the Supplementary Materials document. Expanded the dataset to include income data (the “$/capita” column), and removed a duplicate entry. Update (03/04/2026): Corrected small errors in the dataset and expanded the Supplementary Materials with more tables and figures.
