Abstract

I present an extended version of the Metric Wave Dynamics (MDW 2.1) theory, providing a unified description of gravity across all scales without the need for dark matter. This technical paper introduces a 28-level hierarchical cascade structure that connects the Planck scale to the cosmological horizon. Key highlights of this version: Geometric Unification: Discovery of emergent relations between fundamental constants: 3\phi \approx e\sqrt{\pi}, \chi_0 = \pi/3, and \beta_{MAX} = \sqrt{\pi}. Post-Quantum Feedback (PQF): Detailed mechanism of how the Meta-medium reacts to baryonic matter, creating additional gravitational effects. Empirical Validation: Statistical analysis of 25 galaxies from the SPARC database showing a high precision of RMS = 2.28 km/s. Discovery of the Subsonic Regime: Introduction of the resonance parameter R = v_flat / c_s, demonstrating that galaxies evolve toward a state of hydrodynamic resonance (R \rightarrow 1). Compatibility: The model preserves General Relativity in the strong-field regime (Black Holes). This research offers a new perspective on the structure of spacetime and the nature of gravitational interactions, linking fundamental mathematical constants with observed galactic dynamics.
