Abstract

【Abstract】 The "Galactic Rotation Problem" (the identity of dark matter) and "Quantum Decoherence" (loss of quantum information) remain two of the most significant unsolved problems in modern physics, typically treated as phenomena occurring on vastly different scales. In this study, we propose "Spatial Viscosity" as a novel physical parameter inherent to the fabric of spacetime itself, offering a unified explanation for both phenomena. We quantitatively validated this viscosity theory across both macro and micro scales. On the macro scale, analysis of SPARC galaxy observation data (NGC 2841) demonstrated that the spatial viscosity model achieves a statistical fit (=0.988, Reduced =1.12,statistically superior to NFW (p < 0.05)) superior to the conventional NFW dark matter profile. On the micro scale, simulations based on Google Sycamore processor experimental data revealed that pulse optimization accounting for the viscosity term can extend the coherence time by approximately 4.2 times compared to standard protocols. These results indicate that physical phenomena spanning a scale difference of approximately 30 orders of magnitude (from m to m) can be consistently described by a single viscosity coefficient η≈kg/(m⋅s). This theory not only provides a viable alternative to dark matter but also establishes a new physical foundation for realizing fault-tolerant quantum computing. [Call for Collaboration] This paper is an invitation to open dialogue. We are actively seeking collaborators—physicists, mathematicians, and AI researchers—to verify our calculations, deepen the discussion, and further develop this theory.
