Abstract

Since Shannon founded Information Theory in 1948, the statistical attributes of information have occupied a dominant position. However, when dealing with modern extreme scenariossuch as finite blocklength transmission, ultra-low latency communication, and deep semantic understandingthe classical statistical framework reveals significant limitations.
