Abstract

This repository contains the full analytic code used for the development and psychometric validation of a multidimensional Quality of Working Life (QWL) scale. The main file is a fully documented R script (QWL_CLEAN_MASTER_SCRIPT.R) that reproduces all statistical analyses reported in the associated manuscript, including exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses (six-factor and hierarchical models), reliability estimation, measurement invariance across sex, job tenure, and professional group, and tests of convergent and discriminant validity with external constructs. A README.md file is provided with detailed instructions on how to run the code, required data structure, and information on data access restrictions. No empirical data are included in this repository due to contractual and ethical constraints, but the analytic pipeline is fully transparent and designed to support reproducibility of the reported results.
