Abstract

This work presents a comprehensive, non-singular structural atlas organizing mathematics, physics, information, life, and observation into a unified 12×12×12 domain–phase–regulation lattice with higher-order cross-couplings. The atlas does not introduce new physical postulates or experimental claims. Instead, it provides an organizational and interpretive framework that preserves established theories while explicitly representing projection-induced non-identifiability (“tie-states”) and regulated representational transitions (“turns”). The volume is intended as a foundational reference, navigation tool, and archival ledger for cross-domain scientific reasoning.
