Bubble Model of Precision: From Fundamental Numbers to Local Constraints in Physical Systems
Abstract
A phenomenological model is proposed in which the precision of the physical realization of fundamental numerical relations is considered a locally limited physical property of the environment. Space-time is interpreted as a hierarchy of regions (bubbles) within which the number of effectively realized significant digits of fundamental constants is approximately constant. It is shown that a wide range of physical, cosmological, atomic, and biological phenomena can be interpreted as a consequence of variations in local precision and transitions between such bubbles. The model does not change the values of physical constants or introduce new interactions, but provides a new interpretational framework for fluctuations, noise, and stability limits. The work outlines directions for further formalization and experimental verification.
