Abstract

This record provides a preliminary conceptual note on temporal constraints observed in collective decision systems. The purpose of this document is not to propose a formal theory, taxonomy, or evaluative framework. Rather, it serves to document the existence of recurring situations in which temporal coherence appears to break down when decisions, justifications, or explanations are produced at a collective or institutional level. The discussion remains intentionally descriptive and exploratory. No claims are made regarding causality, responsibility, normative judgment, or practical intervention. Empirical validation, formal modeling, and applied use cases are explicitly deferred to future work. Several analytically distinct layers are noted—ranging from small-group coordination to organizational and archival contexts—solely for the purpose of clarifying scope. These layers should not be interpreted as a finalized classification scheme. This note is intended to establish a temporal reference point for ongoing research and discussion. Its contents may be revised, expanded, or superseded in subsequent versions.
