Abstract

The Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF) derives all physical law from five primitives: Zero, Infinity, Definition, Pattern, and Persistence. From these primitives emerges a universal regulation parameter Π = J_in/J_out_max that correctly classifies systems across eight orders of magnitude, from nuclear stability to galaxy dynamics to human thermoregulation. This framework demonstrates that quantum mechanics describes pre-definition regimes (Π < 1) and general relativity describes post-definition regimes (Π ≥ 1), with measurement corresponding to the definition boundary at Π = 1. Time, space, and energy emerge at this boundary rather than existing as fundamental structures. Empirical validation includes: Galaxy dynamics testing (radial acceleration relation and baryonic Tully-Fisher relation cross-interface consistency) Π classifications across thermal, nuclear, fusion, and biological systems Entanglement timing predictions Time-to-failure relationships The framework extends to observer-embedded regimes through temporal accessibility analysis, showing that emotion, language, institutions, and conceptual systems emerge necessarily as regulatory layers when categorical execution becomes temporally inaccessible. All claims are falsifiable. Clear boundaries marked between testable physics and untestable speculation.
