Abstract

This table presents a classification of psychedelics and psychoplastogens, organized by pharmacological class, hallucinogenic potential, and mechanistic features. It summarizes receptor targets, neuroplastic effects, and drug mechanisms. The framework was originally reported in the article "Zalsupindole: A Non-Hallucinogenic Psychoplastogen Advancing Psychedelic-Inspired Therapeutics" (https://doi.org/10.1021/acschemneuro.5c00707, ACS Chemical Neuroscience, 2026).
