The Mechanical Unification of Electromagnetism: A Fluid-Dynamic Analysis of the 10D Viscous Substrate and the Maxwell-Santos Tensor Formalism
Abstract
This paper presents a comprehensive mechanical derivation of electromagnetism within the framework of the Unified Scale Symmetry Model (USSM). By defining the vacuum as a 10D viscous superfluid (zeta approx 7.01 times 10^8 Pa·s) under a Universal Vacuum Pressure (P_vac approx 48.2 psi), we reinterpret the "Magnetic Field" as a macroscopic fluid circuit. The work resolves the mechanical origin of magnetic polarity, identifying the South Pole as a laminar "Metric Intake" and the North Pole as a high-density "Metric Exhaust." We introduce the Maxwell-Santos Tensor Formalism (M_mu\nu), which replaces abstract field theory with fluid-dynamic torque and pressure gradients. Using the Santos Constant (sigma approx 0.007716) as a universal gearing ratio, the paper provides testable predictions for the 2030 Tau mass drift and demonstrates that the universe behaves as a dissipative thermodynamic system approaching a 17.6 Gyr "curing" singularity.
